8-figure B2C services company

Building a repeatable outbound recruiting engine

Challenge
The company had never built a talent-acquisition function. Hiring depended entirely on inbound applicants, constraining the company’s ability to deliver its service during rapid growth.
Hexis work
Hexis helped the company hire an outbound-focused recruiter while designing the technology stack and repeatable outbound recruiting process needed to complement its inbound applicant pool.
Result
The candidate pipeline for the company’s most critical function doubled within seven days of go-live. Hexis continues to support the operating design as the company navigates revenue-fueled hypergrowth.

Staffing firm · Active

Building the foundation for AI without automating disorder

Challenge
A staffing firm founded in the 1990s had undocumented legacy processes and disconnected CRM and ATS platforms. As the firm expanded from one vertical into six and prepared a sister company for similar growth, it wanted to introduce AI before its workflows, SOPs, and data foundation were ready.
Hexis work
Hexis worked with the leadership team to redesign organizational roles and responsibilities and rebuild critical workflows. We made the core systems communicate, strengthened the data foundation, and are actively building automations, agents, and management reporting around the way the business should operate.
Current progress
Hexis redesigned the firm’s most critical business process, reducing the time required by 80%, from five hours to one. This directly increased its capacity for delivery.
